How to pay
A Tax Invoice will be sent to you within two working days showing the total cost, including postage, and our bank account details. There are three options for payment : deposit the required amount into our bank account with your invoice number as the reference; pay by credit card; or send a cheque in the mail.
Postage
Once payment has been received, orders will be dispatched with Australia Post on the following Monday.
If you prefer to use express or require insurance please let us know and we will arrange a quote. For more information about postage click here.
Unwrapping your plants
As soon as your plants arrive, unwrap them and give them water. For our recommendations on how to treat your frangipanis click here
